TSR’s QMJHL contributor Alex Arsenault was featured in a recent interview with The Copper and Blue, a popular Edmonton Oilers blog. Arsenault was asked a series of questions about Oilers prospect Jeremie Blain, who is currently playing with the Acadie-Bathurst Titan. Blain was a fourth round pick of the Oilers in 2010, 91st overall, and the 18 year old defenseman notched 2 goals and 37 points in 40 games this season; his third in the QMJHL.

“Blain is an all around defenseman. He makes a very good first pass out of the zone which helps his team on the counter attack. The Titan are a good counter attacking team and Blain gets quite a few assists off of those passes out of the zone,” Arsenault said.
