TSR News: Contributors Featured on Other Sites

TSR News | 11 Dec 2010

This past week was an exciting one for three TSR Contributors who were able to make their mark on other reputable sites. WHL Contributor Scott McDougall was featured in an interview with “The Copper and Blue”, a popular Edmonton Oilers coverage blog that is featured as a part of SBNation’s framework of sports blogs. McDougall was interviewed regarding Oilers prospect Curtis Hamilton, a member of the Saskatoon Blades who was a second round pick of the Oilers and has been selected to attend the Team Canada WJC Selection Camp after a torrid start to the WHL year this season. OHL Contributor Jeff Krever was able to make his mark in his hometown paper, the Brampton Guardian, with a featured column focusing on three Ottawa 67′s players who call Brampton home. Krever, who currently attends Carleton University as a Journalism Major, was able to conduct an interview with 17 year old forward Tyler Graovac which was published on the paper’s website. Lastly, TSR Contributor Scott Campbell had a column focused on the popular fantasy hockey website, Dobber Hockey. I actually read them all on the sites you’ve listed and enjoyed them all. Got to love quality draft prospect info and being free is even better. I know that you guys all do other things for a living but I’m glad to have a site like this to tap into for my prospect fix. Keep up the great work. Was very surprised to find so little comments on the site, since I know a lot of people read your ranking stuff.

  • Thanks again, sir! Yeah our comment activity is fairly sporadic, but our traffic has been consistent, so we’re happy on that front. Have a great Christmas!
